I’m not all that confident that I’m going to be able to finish this.
Every inch of my body is sore, and I’m tired as fuck.
This section has already taken me two hours longer than I thought the whole section would take, and I’m only half way finished with it. Then I still have another three or so hours worth of work to do.
I really need to be slapped in the face for doing this to myself.
I don’t think I’m even going to try to get any sleep, but I desperately need a half hour or so break. Gah
Omg I hate using bobbins.
And I have a section of my current project coming up that I have to use AT LEAST 17 at one time. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!
I wouldn’t have even started this damn project if I would have known that.
I’m gonna make a scarf or something because I forgot to bring his gift with me to work on *HUGE SIGH*
I’m tired
but I need a shower,
and both the washer and dishwasher are currently running,
and even if I wanted to skip the shower
I still couldn’t go to bed
because I have to wait until the dishwasher is finished so that I can shut off the water, or it will flood the kitchen counters.
I’m also irritated that I can’t show you guys the project I’m working on since it’s for the bf and he follows me on here.
I’m getting impatient with it though and RREALLLLYYY wanting to show people my progress.
Gah
I finished a baby/toddler blanket last night that I had been working on for about a week.
Now today I have to start another one, but it will be smaller and I have to finish it before Saturday so that I can get it mailed out.
I also plan to open my shop back up soon, but it will be mostly devoted to baby blankets, purses, and maybe stuffies. Because I’m not all that sure what people would actually buy in the Spring/Summer.
I decided what I’m doing with all of the fabric I got today.
I’m going to make crochet baby blankets (not much bigger than receiving blankets) and line one side with fabric.
I’ll be testing it on a gift to a customer for being EXTREMELY patient.
Mkay. So. Here’s today’s haul.
- Seven different colors of the same fabric, at least two yards of each.
- Nine other random fabric prints, at least one yard of each.
- Four skeins and one ball of yarn.
- Two brand new scrapbooks.
- A bead animal kit.
- A lot of 12 pieces of clothing for my daughter.
- A tshirt and light knit sweater/cover-up for me.
- Five pairs of socks.
- And a few small random things (not pictured).
Total cost before sales tax? $9.48
Oh my lord
I have been working on and off on a gift for the boyfriend
And I have a month or so to finish it
And I’m completely switching projects because I found something that will be even more perfect
and I’m gonna have to work my chubby little fingers to death to do it
I think I wanna make a small purse/handbag
But I need pattern ideas.
Hm?
I’m finding small, unfinished items around my room and finishing them.
I started making this baby blanket a few months ago, and now that I’m actually in the mood to work on it I can’t remember what size hook I used and I left all but one of my hooks at my mom’s house anyway.
My Knitpicks order is on hold for some reason
GAH
